Trevor Dixon, former Engineer Manager for a global façade access & height safety manufacturing company, brings deep technical expertise in system engineering and design methodology. His knowledge of how these equipments should be designed enables a holistic approach to each New Construction project, ensuring architectural vision, structural integration, and access requirements are resolved cohesively through engineering principles.

This same engineering mindset is applied to existing Post Construction building applications, where equipment downtimes, failures and incidents are vetted through root-cause engineering analysis, and equipment design parameters. By understanding the original design intent, Trevor has helped develop remediation strategies that restore reliability and improve long-term equipment performance.

Arien Hashemi, former North America General Manager of a global façade access company, brings extensive leadership and project management experience to HighRise Access Consulting. Working closely with architects, engineers, general contractors, and specialty suspended scaffolding trades, Arien has overseen façade access scopes starting from the construction document phase and leading it through construction administration and post installation service needs. Ensuring drawings, specifications, and installation requirements are fully coordinated and implemented. His experience at both the managerial and project levels provides a deep insight of what it takes to translate original design intent into built reality—resolving challenges during construction coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover. Understanding that poorly designed equipment will lead to poor installations, which ultimately lead to an inadequate long-term property asset.

HighRise Access Consulting brings deep expertise in local, national, and international façade access codes and standards, helping project teams navigate complex regulatory environments with confidence. We actively apply and interpret requirements from organizations and authorities including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 1910.66, The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) A120, New York State Advisory Standard-101, CAL/OSHA, European Standards EN 1808 – Suspended Access Equipment (SAE), International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) I-14.1 Safety Standards, AS1418.13 Building Maintenance Units and other applicable regional standards.
